Day Tour of Rotorua from Auckland

We visit amazing Rotorua - the thermal wonderland of New Zealand. Enjoy your ride through beautiful rolling countryside south of Auckland through rural villages and small country towns.

The scent of sulphur in the air is characteristic of Rotorua. We visit geothermal hotspots with spouting geysers, silica terraces, boiling mud pools and warm geothermal springs.

Rotorua is the heartland of New Zealand Maori culture... experience a traditional Maori village, where inhabitants still cook and bathe in the hot pools. Learn about the fascinating history and culture of New Zealand’s indigenous people.

Day Tour of Coromandel Peninsular

Depart Auckland at 9am. Return to Auckland 6pm.

The Coromandel Peninsula, an area of outstanding beauty and fantastic biking, is a great introduction to New Zealand.

We leave Auckland and ride through fertile plains and rolling countryside to the Coromandel Peninsular. We head north along the pretty coastal road twisting along the waters edge, passing deserted bays, then climb up into the hills with amazing views over the Firth of Thames. We stop at the lovely old mining town of Coromandel for lunch, then continue over steep hills through sub tropical forests, with incredible views at every turn. We head down the east coast to Whitianga, a popular golden beach seaside resort.

We head back to Thames, through the Coromandel Forest Park ranges and back to Auckland. An unforgettable day!

Full Day Tour to Waitomo Caves

We head south from Auckland to the fertile farmlands of Franklin, then through the Waikato, an idyllic dairy and sheep farming area.

The unique underground limestone formations of Waitomo stand as one of New Zealand's most inspiring natural wonders. During your guided tour, you'll take in the Glowworm Cave with its majestic, ornate cave decorations, the deep limestone shaft and magnificent Cathedral cavern. Your tour guide will deliver an informative and entertaining commentary, sharing stories and cultural legends of this natural wonder.

Your Waitomo cave tour concludes with a boat trip through the Glowworm Grotto. Lunch is included.
